Week 2

Hello!  Thank you for the letters!  I didn’t realize how much I would enjoy them so thanks!  The MTC is really great!  I love it here!  I miss you guys!  So I already told you about my first day the second day was awesome and spiritual.  I had a conversation with an Elder in my district.  It was amazing!  We talked about the Atonement.  Nothing that comes out of that child’s mouth that isn’t spiritual or important.  I feel the spirit every single second here.  My district/zone/roomies are amazing! My teachers are all so wonderful and filled with the spirit and awesome knowledge!  On the third day we had our first investigator!  Allan (Brother Marco) and it went really well!  I feel very passionate about everything gospel and I feel like I am good at helping others have a desire to do things.  We extended the invitation to be baptized on the first lesson!  He said no but it it’s ok because we got him thinking about it!  I get so excited about everything!  We were talking about prayer the other day and I was freaking out about it cuz I was so excited about it! I feel like I’ve been here for ages not 5 ½ days!  CRAZY! Day 4 I got to play basketball with some girls in my zone that I love and it was super fun! J I also taught the first lesson to another investigator Claudia (Sis. Mullen) and she cried and we got her to pray!  It was good!  It was a really amazing prayer too!  The teachers are literally amazing at role-playing.  It feels so real.  Then we had room scripture and prayer and the spirit was so strong!  It was an amazing night.  Then a Sister told us a joke.  She sat on the edge of the chair smacked her knees together and said “look guys it’s the knee fights! (Nephites)” It was hilarious!  Sunday was amazing I loved it.  Sacrament felt different because the spirit was even stronger!  Later in the day we had a spiritual bonding with my district all the Sisters cried and half of the Elders cried too.  It was awesome and amazing!  I love our Elders and Sisters in my district!  They are wonderful.  Then we got to go outside! What?  There’s a world outside of the MTC!  We got to walk to the temple and take pictures and such!  It was fun to get outside and have fun J  We had a devotional at night Marvin B. Allen spoke and it was really awesome and he was funny!  Did you know they just added 58 new missions?!  Awesome!  I’ve said this but I love my roommates and the sisters in our zone and the Elders in my district!  I really love it here!  This morning we went to the temple it was wonderful!  All the temple workers love missionaries!  The sisters kept hugging me and telling me how awesome I am!  I LOVE IT!  I miss you all so much and love you so much!  Don’t worry about me I’m great!  And praying for you!
