Week 52

So I e-mailed you on Wednesday and not a ton happened this week :) But I will just tell you what did happen :) I can't even fathom the fact that I've got 6 months left next week...All of my friends have 5 months left! haha It's so crazy...I never thought this day would come it seemed so far away and now it's here and I'm just freaking out :) Haha on my year mark day I may or may not have wallowed in my own self-pity :P haha jk I just don't ever want to not be a missionary! :) haha I love it too much! You guys can just come to WA :) haha But I just reflected on the person that I am. Being in Olympia has been a learning experience but I feel like I lost a little bit of my focus when I got here. :) I get distracted by friends and such. And I pondered this week a lot about my character...I think this is something that I just like to think about a lot....but It's because I do not want to come home with changed habits, I want to come home with a changed nature! :) So I pondered on that a lot.. I of course have changed SO much about me and who I am and now I think I just need to refine that. Because now that I have a greater self-confidence I find myself being a bit prideful sometimes. And well that's never good :) haha SO I am refining who I am. I picture myself as a little old lady who is meek and patient and every little kid loves to come over and I just don't see myself as that yet so I'm working on it :) haha of course Training is trying my patience and meekness :) Its fun and I LOVE sister H but it's easy for new missionaries to get upset with learning and such. Sometimes I make her make decisions and she hates it! :) haha So I have to be very patient with her sometimes :) and I of course did the exact same thing with Sister Hall :) haha but it's so good for me to learn these things again. Isn't funny how you learn things over and over and yet you still forget? So crazy! :) haha Anyways so this week was fun on Tuesday we had zone conference and President made me lead all the music which I totally sucked at but it was quite fun! :) There's no way in a million years I would've stood in front of a bunch of missionaries and acted out "once there was a snowman" a year ago...see! I'm growing! :) haha But I actually am so glad that I get to be out of my comfort zone so often on my mission because that is where I learn the most! :) Thursday was my year mark day and it was pretty uneventful...we did teach Axle who is a member but he's basically an investigator. He was baptized but knew nothing about the church until a couple months ago and now he is such a good member! :) He's so awesome! :) Then we had dinner at the Mahoney's they are the cutest little family and so sweet to each other! I seriously learn so much about families out here and what I want to do with my family :) It's a lot of fun to see the different ways people raise their children :) That night we went with Elder Genereux and Pierce to see some YSA people :) Honestly the YSA branch is a little bit of a....well let’s just say that we don't really have success in that area :) Except we are teaching a girl named Allison with the Elders right now but that's about it :) haha On Friday we had dinner at the Mcowens! (the wife is the one who's from Springville) and they are the greatest people in the world! :) They are so sweet and so helpful with the work! They gave us a George foreman and a waffle iron because this girl likes to cook!!! :) (me) and all we have is a hot plate :) I never realized how much I loved stoves! haha :) So we will be eating more than just quesadilla’s now! :) That night we found a ramtha guy while tracting! Their beliefs are pretty interesting....he told us about our 3rd eye and how Christ has a twin brother and a wife and children and told us over and over to read the white book! (which we wanted to pull out our white handbooks and say we have!!! :) haha ) He said all sorts of weird stuff though! But he went to the ancient school of wisdom! Elder Genereux told me that in order to get into the school you have to pay $3000 and they write your name on a paper and put it in this field with all sorts of bushes and trees and stuff and give you 24 hours to find it and if you find a paper than you can be in the school. I dunno if that's true but it's just so interesting to learn about how different people do different things and believe different things. :) The world would be so AWESOME if everyone was "Mormon"!!!! :) haha It was fun though! I really actually like finding out peoples different ideas! :) It's so interesting! :) haha On Saturday we got to go to a fireside practice for the fireside that we had in Lacey last night! It was fun :) Then we went and Saw Gary again! I LOVE HIM SO MUCH!!! he is the biggest sweetheart and I just want him to be baptized! He always calls me pushy and so I keep telling him that one day I'm just going to push him into the font :) hahaha not really but I wish :) :P Gary is still working for March 15th, but he is struggling. He has to quit smoking and Coffee and tea. And he still struggles with Joseph Smith. I just tell him that he's being stubborn but I know that it's a huge struggle to quit smoking. So I am praying very hard for him that he'll be able to let go and let God help him :) Sometimes that's the hardest thing because we are all prideful. but I believe in him so much! I know that I still have that problem sometimes...where I just can't seem to let God help me. But that's the whole point of the Atonement. He can help us with everything. Isn't it cool? We can be so happy in this life if we just let go and let God help :) But I love Gary so much :) He is like my pride and joy :) Our other investigators were either sick this week or out of town :/ so that was a bummer...but I am excited for this week! It will be good :) haha That night we had dinner at the Howes who are a Part member family and they are so awesome! I love them a lot! Sister Howe has been going through radiation and she told us about how when she has to do the radiation (which she does every single day except for weekends) She pretends like she is looking at Christ's eyes and just focusing on Him and then she related it to when Christ walks on the water and when Peter comes out of the ship and is walking to Christ and when he has his eye's fixed on Christ he's fine but as soon as he looks away and is afraid he starts to sink. But Christ will always reach out and catch us when we start to sink. And it was so amazing! I got chills! That is like my favorite story in the bible! :) I love it! :) On Sunday we had to speak in the YSA ward...that was fun! I talked about our responsibility as finders...you guys better be doing work back there! :) haha Then we got to go to the fireside that night and papa Rich came! My RC from Steilacoom! :) I love and miss him SO much!!!!! I freaked out when I saw him and immediately gave him a hug! haha He is getting ready to go to the temple! He was baptized May 26th so he is planning on going asap! :) I AM SO EXCITED!!! :) And Gary came and he Loved it! :) it was a lot of fun! I haven't smiled that much in a minute :) anyways I am out of time it seems! I hope all of you are doing wonderfully! I am missing you and always praying for you! I Love you so much! :)
Love always

Week 51

Geez guys! I leave and all sorts of exciting stuff happens!!! :) hahah I guess that happens when you leave for 18 months and you've been gone for a year! Sorry for the serious delay...We of course had the holiday and then yesterday we were at Zone conference all day! :) haha so today we are e-mailing! :) But at least you get an e-mail :) To tell you honestly there's not a ton of stuff going on in my life :) I am making way good friends and I love the people here :) I am still loving Olympia! We actually have a way big area...the biggest one I've had so far. And it's awesome :) we still get to see the water! We can drive out to this place where they dock all the boats and its right by the capital! SO beautiful! The ward is seriously so great! I love them! we get fed every night except Monday, because we eat during our p-day time :) But it's awesome! I think it's the smallest ward I've been in...I feel like it anyways from church...It feels small to me. So obviously there's a lot of work to be done in this area! since it's quite large and the ward is small! :) Speaking of the work I love our investigators right now! It's pretty cool getting doubled in. I didn't have a moment to "adjust" I just had to jump right in and hot the ground running! :) But since we came here we have found some Amazing investigators!  We have Somon and her daughter Isziah. Somon is married and has 3 girls! Isziah (9), Amiah (6) and Janiah (3)! :) haha they're way cute! And we also found them knocking not too long ago! (obviously...since I've only been here for like 2 weeks haha) And they're so awesome! :) I LOVE LOVE LOVE them! Isziah had already taken the lessons in North Carolina with her Grandma. So somon's mom is a member! And Isziah wanted to be baptized, but Somon didn't know about the church and so she didn't let her. But now they are both on date for the8th of March!!!! :) AHHHH!!!! We have also taught them the restoration and plan of salvation and they have loved it! they couldn't come to church because Somon had to go on base (she's in the military) But they are coming this week! :) So exciting! We are also going to teach them tomorrow! And I am so pumped!!! :) haha I love these people so much! And then we have Gary! :) Gary was found by Sister Hardy (who was also trained by Sister Hall :) ) about 3 transfers ago! So he's been to church like 15 times and he loves it! I know he does! But Gary is a stubborn 60 year old! Whom I love dearly with all my heart!!! :) haha he was the first person we met in Olympia and he told us the first night to push him. Well I told him that was a bad idea to tell me that because I am pushy! :) haha I was trained by Sister Hall! Of course I am :) Anyways we had a lesson with him on Saturday and it was SO good! I flat out told him he needed to stop procrastinating the day of his repentance. :) He says he doesn't believe in Joseph Smith, but I don't believe that's his real concern :) Haha but he is praying about being baptized on March 15th! WHICH IS HUGE!!! :) I am so excited! :) He is totally going to get baptized :) haha He says that I scare him :P Haha! I just love him so much! And I'm bold and upfront with him :) And he knows that he knows it's true :) That's why I scare him :) haha  But seriously I love these people so much! :) Those are the main people we are working with right now! :) On Wednesday we had district meeting which was way good. Elder Genereux who is my zone leader and good friend is going to make me sing a solo next week at district meeting. Yuck :) haha People like to make me do things out of my comfort zone :) And we are also teaching a less active named Axle. he was baptized when he was 8 but his family stopped going and he went down some wrong paths but now he's coming back and he's way awesome! :) Thursday was the one and only park day! We spent a lot of the day with the 98 year old recent convert named June! She's adorable! :) Valentines was pretty uneventful, people didn't really like us that day...but the handy's a family in our ward had us over for dinner and it was WAY nice! They gave us lots of treats :) Saturday was one of the greatest days of my life!!! :) I found out on Thursday from Sister Chipman that Daja and Nicole were going to get baptized in Saturday!!! dhasjkdgdhfk;sdyhafuieyahrjkeawhfueiwlafudsalhfjdkslah8u!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is my excited gibberish! :) haha I was STOKED! So we drove to Tacoma in the morning and we got there and Daja just ran and jumped into my arms! Cutest thing ever! And Nicole was so excited! the Service was way nice When Daja got baptized, she was just giggling and giggling! It was so cute! :) I can't even express how much joy I felt at that baptism! I love them more than words can express and I got to see mah friends! :) :) I love them so much as well! haha Especially Juan, Jon and Kyle! :) My heart was a puddle times 12!!! :) I just can't even express how great it is to be a missionary! It really is the greatest thing of my entire life! :) I have seen so many people enter into the waters of baptism in the past year and It is absolutely amazing. I have come so close to heaven. By seeing these people's first glimpse of heaven's light! I am over joyed when I think about the past year and how much I have grown and changed and become. It has been one of the greatest journeys of my entire life. I honestly wouldn't trade it for anything in this world. I LOVE BEING A MISSIONARY!!! I am so grateful for this opportunity. It has been such a blessing. I cannot even put it into words. But I can't even accept the fact that I've been a missionary for a year! It's insane! :) I miss you all so much and I am so grateful for y'all! I love you more than you could ever know :) This may or may not be a lame e-mail but I'm out of time and I will e-mail you again in 5 days!!! haha But I just wanted to check in and tell you I love you and Miss you and am doing SO good! :) I would not choose to be anywhere else :) I know the church is true! It is displayed to me on a daily basis. And I love it with all my heart. I just want to give my all the next 6 months and come home EXHAUSTED! So that's my goal! :) haha Anyways! I love you tons and tons! :)
Love always

Sister Wilkins :)
Happy Valentines!

Daja and Nicole's baptism! :)

Daja and Nicole's baptism :)

Week 50

AHHH!!! Family!!!! :) I feel like it's been forever since I have gotten to talk to you!!! But here we are at the beginning of another week! and I get to come and talk to you! So sadly I only have an hour at these Olympia libraries...so I am going to make this fast! And now you must write me letters! mwahahaha! so first of all I LOVE Olympia! it's like a farm town with long roads and TONS of trees! The roads literally go straight for MILES! and it's beautiful! Day 2 of being here we saw a Chicken cross the road!!! :) It was hilarious! :) I forget that I haven't even told you about my companion! haha My baby is Sister Kelli Horgesheimer! yes that's a mouthful! (her mom's name is Kristi if you look her up on FB)  haha she's 19 and she's from bountiful UT. She was a cheerleader at woodscross HS and I love her to pieces! She's great! :) she told me about why she came on a mission and it was so precious! :) She was actually blind when she was born, and she had to go through all sorts of surgeries to get the eye sight she has now, she still struggles sometimes, but she feels like since God has blessed her so much she wants to show her love and appreciation by serving him! Isn't that the sweetest thing?!?! I just love her to pieces! We are having a lot of fun! And she loves to work hard which is awesome and great! I have been praying that I would get a companion that would work hard and I did! :) Being doubled in is a CRAZY adventure! The Sisters that were here before us left us 4 investigators but not much else than that, not even addresses...so we've been relying a lot on the ward to help us and they have been great! :) Our area is huge, we've already driven 500 miles this month, haha ... :P since we have the YSA ward we are technically allowed to drive anywhere in Lacey or Olympia! Our ward is way awesome! It's small, but that might just be my view since there was like 3 inches of snow on the ground yesterday and church in Lakewood was cancelled and so not a lot of people came, but all the ones that I met were way nice! We get fed pretty much every night! And lots of people are willing and ready to help! Our "pool house" is a bit of a problem...we are actually moving in like 2 weeks according to president. But, we used to not have any blinds and there are a lot of windows...aka we don't have a ton of privacy but we have enough! We don't have carpet or a heater or a stove or oven or washer and dryer. We do however have a rug and a gas fireplace and a hot plate and a sweet Older Sister missionary does our laundry for us! :) SO there's pro's and con's to it all but all in all I LOVE IT!!! :) It's definitely NOT like Tacoma at all :) haha The alexander’s live in a "mansion" their house is giant! haha and they are the nicest people I've ever met! they don't charge the church to let us live there! It's so sweet! :) Bro alexander is an orthodontist and I dunno what sister alexander does...but they aren't home a ton! haha but they said if we needed anything we could just walk to the back door and they would help us out. Very very sweet people :) haha I'm telling you, other than not having a stove I have 0 complaints! I LOVE this place!!! :) So now I'm going to tell you about the week! On Tuesday we have transfer meeting and the new missionaries get there and we go at 2pm so in the morning I got to say some goodbyes. Then we went to transfer meeting and I got Sister H (that's what I'm going to call her because it takes way too long to type Horgesheimer) And we had transfer meeting and it was way good! Then afterwards we drove out to Olympia I was scared outta my mind and had no idea where I was going...thank heavens for GPS's! haha And we get to the house and take out our luggage and find a place to go out knocking! we had about 15 minutes left when we got there so we knocked on 2 doors and the 2nd one I made sister H talk and she rocked it! we got a new! :) haha She's a rockstar. No joke! :) Then we went and met one of our Investigators! His name is Gary and he's about 60 something and I love him to death! Sister Hardy (who is my sister in the mission since she was trained by hall) found him when she was here about 4 transfers ago. And he is the sweetest man! but he is also a stubborn man! But I am bound and determined to get him baptized this transfer! :) He is awesome! :) Then we went and tried to meet some people in the Ward council our bishop of the family ward was out of town and so was our branch president from the YSA branch. So we went and visited the RS pres. and she is WAY sweet! Then on Wed. we had district meeting and on the way that's when we saw the chicken crossing the road!!! haha our district is made up of 4 elders and then us 2 sisters! luckily we have 6 sisters in our zone! haha but I actually really like the elders in my district! Our zone leaders call us like every night to check up on us and I love them! :) haha I think God needed to send me to an all elder district to show me that not all elders are immature :) haha I love the elders. :) Then we taught a less active whose name is Axle. He's WAY sweet! You can kinda tell he's had a rough life, and you wouldn't really label him as "Mormon" of you looked at him but he is so sweet! He was baptized when he was 8 and then his family fell away from he church but now he's coming back so we are teaching him the lessons! :) He's great! :) Very sweet. Then we got to meet with our ward mission leader and bishop! Our WML is like over 6 ft. and our bishop is like 5 ft.! haha very funny! Bishop Neely is way awesome though and Brother Duvoe is our WML and he is way sweet and loves to help us and we actually have ward missionaries in this ward! YAY!!! :) haha we had them in Chambers, but they weren't active :P one of them is Sister Mcowen. I don't know her maiden name....but she used to live in Springville by art city! She was a senior when I was a sophomore and she's way sweet! :) I didn't know her before but it's cool to have connections! :) haha On Thursday we had the new missionary meeting and that was fun! that pretty much took all day and Friday was weekly planning then Saturday it was the craziest thing! IT SNOWED! for the first time in the year I've been here! And it was like 7:45 and the flakes were large and the roads were slippery and so we got a text and they told us we had to go home so we went and sat by the fireplace and updated the area book that hasn't been updated since November. Like I said the missionaries before us didn't leave much.,.. :) But I really want to get to Sunday! IT was the greatest day! 7 hours of church man! haha we have PEC at 7:45 and we drove on the snowy roads! :D be proud of me! I survived! haha then we had our family ward from 9-12 and YSA branch from 1-4 it was way fun! The branch is tiny...haha but it'll do! and then at 4 we got to go to TACOMA for a FIRESIDE!!! ah! My heart became a puddle I was so excited! :) Juan Jon Kyle Anthony and an investigator Travis and some of the Rodney family and the Pryor’s and the hartzells and a bunch of other people who I love from the Chambers Creek ward were all there! I was SO happy! I'm gonna be honest and tell you it made me a little Tacoma homesick. haha Juan walks in with the giant candy bouquet and I just LOST it! I can't even express how much I love these people! they will always own a piece of my heart! I Love being a missionary guys! Because you get to just love so many people! and I do! I love these people with my whole heart!!!! I am so grateful for these people. But I am so grateful that I have this opportunity to love more people here in Olympia. I already love it here. And I am just excited to grow. I am already growing a ton. I forgot how much training takes it out of you! haha but it's so worth it and so rewarding! My baby memorized the first vision this morning! I am a proud mama! :) haha we;'ve been working on that like every tracting session! :) and we've gotten 7 new investigators this week! I am so excited to just work hard and work with these wonderful people whom I already love! :) I have to go, Ah! This hour thing makes me stressed! haha but I guess I might have to write you more letters too...we'll see :) haha anyways I hope ya'll have a wonderful Valentine’s day and hope you know how much I LOVE and APPRECIATE you! Which is like TONS and TONS! :) haha I am so grateful for you all! keep saying those prayers for me I'm gonna need them :) haha LOVE YOU LOTS! :)
Love always

Sister Wilkins :)

Me daja chipman and shabaz! :) From last week :) In CC

what the heck is a speed hump?! haha :)

Week 49

Hello Family! Well this is going to be my short e-mail because I have been DYING to tell you about my transfer call! :) I'm not good with suspense :) haha! SO Saturday night we get a call from the AP's and to tell you honestly I am still in shock! haha I was not expecting this one! AT ALL!!! :) But.....*drum roll* I have been called to serve in the Olympia 1st/5th ward and I am TRAINING!!!!!! we are getting doubled in tomorrow! :) I am way nervous but so excited for this new adventure! :) I know this will be a good way to start the last 7 months of my mission. I am ready to work hard and I'm excited to have somewhere that's fresh and has lots of new doors for me to knock on! :) I already know I am going to learn a ton this transfer! I have heard that the missionaries there now weren't the hardest of workers...So I am preparing myself to start basically from scratch. I know one of them was way good, but the other one didn't like to get out of bed :) haha so anyways, I am just praying that my baby will be a good one that will work hard and be obedient! But, I am ready for whatever challenge comes my way. I am SO excited! :) My new address will be:

Sister Brittany Ann Wilkins
4124 Huntermill Lane NE
Olympia, WA 98516

I will be living in a POOL HOUSE! :) haha in the back of a members house :) I have heard that the house is like a fish bowl, lots of windows and it's out in the forest! Olympia is known as a place with a lot of granola people (aka hippies, hobo's etc.) I am ready to just hit the ground running and take on this new challenge that God has given me! I am so humbled and grateful that He is trusting me with this sacred opportunity. :) I have also heard that the capital is in my area! so that's really cool! :) haha Sister Chipman was in Olympia in the ward right by my new one! So she's told me a lot about it :) And I also found out that Sister Logan is finally going to be in my zone! YAY! :) I'm excited :) haha Oh! Also I am going to be serving over a YSA ward and a Family ward! :) So that will be a lot of fun! Lots of members to work with! :) haha I have no idea what I’m going to be doing but I know that God will strengthen me. This morning I was reading in 1 Nephi 17:3 which says "and thus we see that the commandments of God must be fulfilled. And if it so be that the children of men keep the commandments of God, he doth nourish them, and strengthen them, and provide means whereby they can accomplish the thing which he has commanded them; wherefore he did provide means for us while we did sojourn in the wilderness." Which is also like 1 Nephi 3:7 "And it came to pass that I, Nephi [Sister Wilkins] said unto my Father [Mission President]: I will go and do the things which the Lord hath commanded, for I know that the Lord giveth no commandments unto the children of men, save he shall prepare a way that they may accomplish the thing which he commandeth them." I know that God will help me on this new adventure :) I thank you all for your love, support and especially prayers :) Please pray for my Greenie! :) haha

This week just flew by! I'm not really even sure what all happened, I've been distracted a bit with goodbyes and finding new people and packing! haha that's pretty much what we've been doing :) But, I will try to give a good accounting of everything :) Tuesday was a pretty good day! :) On Monday night our investigator named Faith had her car broke down. Faith is searching so hard to find faith. Kinda ironic, but she is so sweet, she has a lot of health problems, but she still works her butt off to provide for herself. She's a personal assistant and when she's not doing that, she's doing housekeeping. She's hardly ever home. But her car broke down so on Tuesday she was really stressing out. She had to go the doctor for her skin and bone disease and this doctor has a long waiting list, and she didn't have money for the bus and she didn't have money for food for the next couple of days, she usually goes shopping every 2 days, because she's never home and doesn't want things to go bad. So we went over there and talked to her and got her a ride to the doctor and stopped by Fred Meyer and got some bread and milk, and then took some extra stuff we had at our apartment over there later. It was very sweet though, just to be able to serve someone makes my heart a puddle! It brings so much joy and helps you feel the love that God has for that person :) I love Faith though! She was so grateful and she was just crying because people don't ever give her things. It was a very precious moment. :) I am going to miss her so much. That night we asked Sister Weaver to come to a lesson with us, but she broke her nose and was having a hard time so she couldn't come, so President came instead! haha I was nervous! But the guy wasn't there :( Then President starts talking about transfer calls and he told me he was going to send me far far away and then Sister Weaver told him "she can't go far away sweetheart! She sings!" haha so I was saved from opening up the Sisters area in Adna :) haha! :) just kidding, I don't know where he was going to send me. But literally I am still a little in shock :) Then that night we went and saw Daja! We now have best friend’s necklaces! I LOVE that little girl so much! It is going to break my heart to leave her....But I hope that I can come back for her baptism. :) I'll only be about 45 minutes away from Chambers Creek :) So that's not too bad! Just a drive up to Alpine from Springville :) haha I made that drive a billion times! :D Then on Wednesday we had district meeting and at the end we did this little spiritual thing where Elder Hughes had us think about why we came on a mission and why we are still here. And then he took us to a room with a candle lit under a picture of Christ and he talked about how a candle is one of the only forms of light that can give light and it won't dim its own light. And he associated that with the light of Christ. And he gave each of us a little tea light and asked us to bear our testimony and share what our thoughts were about why we were still here, and then light the tea light and set it on the table. So it's this really great and awesome spiritual moment and I am of course crying :) (yes everyone has seen me cry...its fine :) ) And a few of us have said our testimonies and Sister Chipman bears her testimony and then goes to light her tea light and freaks out because she feels the fire from another tea light and her candle falls and extinguished the light of Christ! :) haha it was so funny! Everyone was laughing :) Yep, that's my companion :) she's hilarious; I'm going to miss her dearly! :) Thursday was an interesting day...I went on an exchange with Sister Ryser. She came to Chambers. And I was a little bit afraid about this exchange, Sister Ryser and I did not get along in the MTC. I don't think I really let on about how much I was not enjoying that companionship. haha, but it was actually a very nice exchange :) we had fun! Sister Ryser struggles a bit, but I love her nonetheless :) That night we went and saw Daja and we started teaching her 16 yr. old Uncle Shabaz! :) haha he's way funny and he's a hip hop dancer so I was excited and talked a ton about dancing and taught him how to do whacking :D But little Daja sang and danced for us! She's got some soul! She's so not even a 9 year old. Haha she's so smart and way talented! AH! I love that girl SO much! :) During tracting we got a call from President Weaver and he asked us if a sister could come with us the next day while her companion went to the temple (her companion is going home tomorrow) and we of course agreed!
I'm gonna send this and then try to log back on because I'm on a one hour computer :) LOVE YOU! :) Be right back :) haha

Ok good! I got to log back on :) haha you just get a lot of emails from me :) Anyways so Sister Tanner comes with us in the morning and I decided we should play a prank on sister chipman :) haha so we go to pick up Sister Chipman and exchange back and I have Sister Ryser and Sister Tanner go in and I'm standing right outside the door and Sister Ryser hands Sister Chipman the keys and says "oh! by the way sister Wilkins had to get emergency transferred to southworth so sister Tanner is going to be your new companion!" And she totally bought it! :) haha this goes on for about 2 minutes and then I give in and walk in and say "just kidding!!!" :) haha It was SO funny though! I think I may or may not have given Chipman a heart attack :D It was way funny :) I'm still laughing about it :) Then that afternoon we got to go to the Rodney's house! :) and it was a lot of fun :) We watched the restoration movie with them and the spirit was there and we took a picture :) haha That night we had a lesson with Luis and Timothy! I love them SO much! you don't even know. Saturday was like, the greatest day ever! Juan had us over for dinner and he had all the recent converts come! (Jon, Kyle, Terrance, Anthony, Luis, timothy) It was SO fun! We had dinner and just laughed and had a good ole time! Then they showed me this video where all of them had said something to me! And it was SO sweet! I laughed, I cried, it was amazing! :) Man, I love those guys so much! If there's one thing that is going to make my heart break when I leave this place it's them. I can't even express the love and appreciation I have for them. I am NOT going to enjoy leaving these men. But, I know that God has more people for me to love. I swear, every time I leave an area it's like having a farewell all over again. Michael Brandon was crying and Myk was crying. That just broke my heart! AGH! It is always so hard to leave a place that has owned your whole heart for the past 6 months. These men are the evidence of my assurance. I love them more than I can express! But then I think about all the people in Steilacoom who I love so much and miss like crazy! But, I never would have met these people in chambers creek if I hadn't of left Steilacoom. I had to give my testimony yesterday in Sacrament and I was bawling, and I’m pretty sure there wasn't a dry eye in the room. I am going to miss this sacred space. and the amazing people who are here. But I am also looking forward with faith and positivity. I know whatever happens will be what I need for my own Character and growth. I am SO EXCITED for this new adventure! I was exhausted yesterday because I couldn't sleep Saturday night! My mind was running thinking about what my baby is going to be like, and what I’m gonna do in Olympia and planning stuff like that. And so I couldn't sleep :) haha that's how excited I am! :) GO SEAHAWKS! yay! :) haha yesterday we were on lock down from 3 to the end of the night. Luckily our zone got to go to the mission home! All the zones did a potluck and a scripture bowl from 4:30 to 7 :) It was a lot of fun! :) then Sister Chipman and I also got to be live at conference call because we lost our phone! :) haha (it is found now :) ) It was a great day! :) This morning we went and ran the narrows bridge and I ran the whole thing, but on the way back my (what i think is an ovarian cyst) side acted up and I was in a lot of pain so we walked the way back :) I felt so bad...but I could not run. But I’m fine now :) haha Then on the way home the power went out for who knows why and so we had to get ready and study in the dark! :) haha then we went to the mission office to pick up sister Stuki because her companion is leaving to Brazil today! So we get to be in a 3 some until tomorrow! :) and that's why this is shorter because we gotta go! :) haha but, I love you so much and I hope you have a great week! Remember you can do hard things! You can do all things through Christ! :) Love love love!
Love Always
